At Mindora, we want you to feel confident when booking our meditation sessions. This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines your rights and obligations under Australian Consumer Law (ACL) as well as our own additional terms.

Your Right to Cancel

You are entitled to cancel your meditation session booking within 30 days without providing any reason, provided the session has not already occurred or been partially delivered.

The cancellation period will expire 30 days from the date of booking or, where applicable, the date of delivery of digital content, whichever comes first.

Refund Process
